Peach and Pineapple Jam
       2 Cups of Pineapple - 1 cup of mashed and 1 cup diced
       4 Cups of Peaches -Mooshed or is it mushed
       5 Cups of Sugar
       2T. Lemon Juice

       Combine all and bring to a hard boil. Use the gel test for jam doneness. (I boiled for apprx. 15 minutes.) I then put it
       into pints and for low-landers (sea-level) process in BWB for 15 minutes. Adjust processing time for altitude.

PS I used that Ball's Blue Book for processing times. I see that they are higher/longer than a couple of other sources.
