Here is a recipe for a pepper sauce
Someone was asking for a pepper sauce recipe and I think this one would do for any kind of pepper.
Here is a recipe out of my canning book too:
72 hot peppers
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons grated horseradish
2 cups water
2 cups vinegar
Peel and mince garlic. Wash peppers and combine with garlic. Place o saucepan with water. Cover pan. Cook until
very tender. Press through sieve. Add other ingredients to pureed product. Cook until well blended and thickened.
Pour into jars to within 1/2 in. of top. Adjust lids and water bath 10 min. This only makes one half-pint
