Scalloped potatoes -using dehydrated ingredients-RECIPE

      scalloped potatoes

      4 cups dried sliced or grated potatoes
      2 cups boiling water
      cheddar or mozzarella cheese
      1 cup milk 1/2 tsp. salt
      1/2 tsp. dried onion
      3 tbsp. butter

      Place half the potatoes in a well-buttered 9 X 9 baking dish. Top with layer of cheese. Cover cheese with remaining
      potatoes. Stir seasonings into milk; pour oven layered potatoe and cheese combination. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 F
      until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!
