  My mom made a center piece dish by stuffing a sugar pumpkin with a mix of pork(leftover), apples, raisins, walnuts,       cinnamon, sugar.       All quanities were based on what she had left(she raised 8 kids). Just scoop out the seeds, stuff, and put the lid back       on. Bake in a shallow dish at 350F for 1 hour. It can also be stuffed with baked beans or a meat loaf (poke some holes       in the bottom of the pumpkin for the grease to drain) May need more time. She even won a little newspaper recipee       contest. Happy Thanksgiving!       Maryb
